Microgreens are a tasty, and colourful, addition to dish.

Microgreens can be herbs or leafy vegetables. These have different tastes as micro plants than their fully grown version. They can be sweeter, more peppery or earthy which can reduce the need to add additional seasoning e.g. salt. to dishes: which has its own health benefits.

Microgreens are especially valuable to vegetarians, vegans, children (and adults) who are popularly known as ‘salad dodgers’ who need to incorporate more leafy vegetables and herbs into their diet without having a pile of vegetables on their plate
