A good handful of wild garlic buds are picked from our natural riverside garden and pickled with pink peppercorns to make a sweet and sour garlic flavoured liquor to sprinkle over salads (or make a salad dressing by adding oil) or to stir into sauces. The buds can also be nibbled alongside a glass of white wine and favourite cheese.

We mix one of our favourite seasonal herbs with coarse salt and dry in our dehydrator to produce a delicious sprinkle to add to many dishes and to simply use instead of regular salt. Especially great with eggs of all types: try dipping boiled quails eggs into it instead of celery salt.
